1. Cleanliness & Care of the Property

• Guests must maintain cleanliness inside the apartment at all times.
• Common areas (hallways, entrances, courtyards, shared spaces) must also be kept clean and respected.
• The apartment must be left clean and in good condition at check-out.
• Furniture, equipment, and appliances must be used properly and respectfully.
  
  

2. Respect for Neighbours & Co-Residents

• Quiet hours must be respected, especially during evenings and nights.
• Guests must avoid excessive noise at any time of the day.
• Respect for neighbours and co-residents in the building is mandatory.

3. No Smoking

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments and in common areas.
  
  

4. No Parties or Events

• Parties, gatherings, celebrations, or any festive events are strictly forbidden. The number of occupants must not exceed the number agreed at booking.
  
  

5. Legal Compliance

• Guests must strictly comply with all local laws and regulations in force in Mulhouse (France) and Basel (Switzerland).
• Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited.

6. Damages & Issues

• Any damage, breakage, or malfunction must be reported immediately.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
  

7. Visitors

• Unregistered visitors are not allowed to stay overnight without prior approval.
• Guests remain fully responsible for their visitors at all times.
  
  

8. Safety

• Doors and windows must be locked when leaving the apartment.
• No hazardous, flammable, or illegal substances are allowed on the premises.

Failure to comply with these House Rules may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund and may give rise to a formal complaint and legal action if necessary. These rules ensure a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for all guests and residents.
