In Mulhouse, some of our rentals are located in the ultra city centre, giving you easy access to the old town atmosphere, restaurants, shops and local highlights—perfect for a short getaway or an extended stay.

In Basel, we host guests in the central district of Kleinbasel (also known locally as “Glaibasel”), a lively neighbourhood on the right bank of the Rhine.

Our accommodations are available for short stays, mid-term rentals, and long-term stays—whether you’re visiting for leisure, relocating temporarily, or staying for a professional assignment.

1. Communication

All official communication regarding bookings, cancellations, modifications, or special requests must be made in writing by email or through the relevant booking platform. Verbal agreements are not binding unless confirmed in writing.

2. Identification Requirement

Guests may be required to provide valid identification prior to or upon check in, in accordance with local regulations in France and Switzerland.

3. Access Instructions

Detailed check in instructions are provided prior to arrival. Guests are responsible for carefully following the access instructions provided. Loss of keys or access devices may result in replacement charges.

4. Cleaning and Maintenance

Routine cleaning during the stay is not included unless explicitly agreed. For long term stays, additional cleaning services may be arranged upon request and may incur extra charges.

5. Utilities and Services

Utilities such as electricity, water, heating, and internet are included under normal usage conditions unless otherwise specified. Excessive consumption may result in additional charges for long term stays.

6. Amendments

The host reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions, House Rules, and Policies at any time. The version applicable to a stay is the one in force at the time of booking confirmation.

7. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain fully valid and enforceable.
